Reviews and Ratings
Upon arriving with sleepy kids, we didn't have high expectations, but the hotel surprised us. The location is awesome, close to everything in National Harbor, while the service could use some improvement to match the great staff and prime location.
Although the hotel had its drawbacks, I still found some positives. The rooms were adequate but had some wear-and-tear, and the location by the Potomac River was lovely. However, the distance from the lobby was inconvenient. The dining options were good but on the pricey side.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were small but with a balcony and view of the atrium. It would have been better if they were a bit larger and included a mini fridge. The location was convenient, about 20-25 minutes south of downtown DC and the airport DCA. The dining experience offered a variety of tasty food but at a high price. The service was generally good, with some standout staff members, yet there were instances of rudeness. The overall value for money was decent, considering the facilities provided.
